By accessing this website and engaging the services of A1 Mobile Detailing SD LLC ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or book any service. A valid booking submitted online, by phone, or in writing constitutes your legally binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

A1 Mobile Detailing SD LLC is a registered limited liability company operating in the State of California. We provide premium mobile automotive detailing services delivered directly to customers' homes, offices, and private locations across San Diego County.

We offer mobile car detailing packages including, but not limited to, exterior washes, interior deep cleaning, multi-stage paint correction, hydrophobic ceramic coatings, and bespoke cabin restoration. All services are performed at the Customer's specified San Diego location using our self-contained mobile units equipped with onboard water and power. Specific service tiers, features, and pricing are listed on our Services page and may be updated at our discretion.

Service descriptions, package inclusions, and pricing displayed on this website are provided for general guidance and may be adjusted based on vehicle condition, size, and the scope of work agreed at booking. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.

Appointments are scheduled during our standard operating hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week, subject to availability. When you book a service you agree to provide an accurate vehicle description, a safe and accessible location with permission to park and operate our equipment, and a reliable point of contact for the day of service.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking where site access, site safety, or vehicle condition prevents us from completing the work to our standard. Arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, prior job overruns, or weather.

All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable California sales tax. Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, selected add-ons, and surcharges such as oversize vehicle fees or heavy contamination. The final total is confirmed at booking or before service commences.

Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by the methods indicated at booking. No payment is required to submit a booking request through this website.

We understand plans change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations or no-shows made with less than 24 hours' notice, or after a technician has been dispatched, may be subject to a fee to cover mobilization and scheduling costs.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, and will make reasonable efforts to rebook you at the next available time without penalty.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied that your vehicle meets the showroom-grade standard described for your selected package, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions disclosed or present at the time of service.

A1 Mobile Detailing SD LLC exercises reasonable care and professional skill in performing all services. However, our liability for any single service is limited to the amount actually paid for that service. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions, undisclosed defects, aftermarket modifications, or damage caused by third parties.

The Customer is responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service and for disclosing any known issues that could affect the detailing process.

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes. You agree to use it lawfully, not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information. We may restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

All content on this website, including the A1 Mobile Detailing SD name and logo, text, graphics, photography, and design, is the property of A1 Mobile Detailing SD LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in San Diego County, California, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
